Nice morning with my host mother who took me up in a 30 yr old automatic car which brand I didnt`t ever know "Daihatsu" and the model "Sarade". Nice beaches all along the coast making me feeling tomorrows desires of walking them. Wandering around the city starting in the Cheapside Foodmarket, in the "Health Shop". A tiny local with amazing smoothies made of seeds, herbs, energizers, soya, honey and may be one fruit. With an "energizer" one and a lentils veggie pizza I started my day. Then I moved towards the Cruise Port, where the handcraft market it. There, I drew my attention to a sign where -again- local juices were written. I had a Surrel one. For first time in my life, I tried this particular local cherry. Sooo goood.
Then a couple of hours talking to the shop assistant. Oh, and a girl came to show her a big multi fruit home made punch. I said that I`d like to have one too and she sold it to me very cheap. It was my dinner. Then in another place just with fresh fruits, where also make juices and smoothies, directly directly peeling the fruits and stuff at the moment. Amazingly fresh. Then I came across with another one but I had to say until 2mo. In spite of that, a really nice Rastafari market too where everybody offered me pod. But not only there, on the streets too. May be the beard encourage ppl to be "generous".
